Using Pul Biber Chilli Flakes

Roasted Tomatoes with Chilli Flakes

Serves: 2 - 3 | Suitable for vegetarians 

Introduction

Since discovering Pul Biber Chilli Flakes, we can’t get enough. Breakfast will never be the same again!

Ingredients

 Serves 2 - 3

6 tomatoes
1 tbsp oil
2 tsp Pul Biber Chilli Flakes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar 

Instructions

  1. Slice the tomatoes in half and place them face up on a roasting tray.
  2. Drizzle the oil over the tomatoes and then sprinkle on the chilli, salt and sugar.
  3. Roast in the oven at gas mark 3/160C for 40 minutes.
