Spiced Green Beans
Simple side dish to serve with any meal.

Introduction
This ridiculously simple side dish will blow you away. Can be made with other green vegetables like broccoli, mange tout or edamame.
Ingredients
Serves 4 |
1 tbsp oil |
500g green beans |
1/4 tsp Turmeric |
1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes (or to taste) |
1 tsp salt |
Juice of 1 lime |
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the beans.
- Cook for 3 minutes or until tender.
- Remove from the heat and stir through the turmeric, salt, chilli flakes and the lime juice.
- Serve hot.
