Rogan Josh with Goat/Lamb

We suggest using goat as an interesting alternative to lamb. The meat is well-suited to slow cooking over low temperatures producing a meltingly tender meat.
So, an excellent curry to make the night before!

If you fancy making this recipe with our small Rogan Josh pack then simply half the needed ingredients.
  1. Empty the contents of of the Curry Pack into a pan with the water and coconut cream. Gently simmer until the coconut dissolves.
  2. Add the tomatoes, tomato puree and diced goat. Mix well and gently cook for 1.5 - 2 hours
  3. Season with sugar and adjust salt to taste. Garnish with lots of coriander leaves.
