Creamed coconut adds a rich, creamy texture to curries, soups and other dishes. Creamed coconut is a block of fresh coconut which we recommend adding to our Curry Packs like the Homestyle and Ma’s Paretal.

This essential ingredient is a very versatile component of many Indian and Thai dishes. In its solid form, it can be stirred straight into a dish, where it dissolves to produce a thick, rich texture with just a hint of sweetness.

We recommend popping a chunk of it in many of our curries for this reason. Alternatively, it can also be diluted with water to make coconut milk.
