Tofu and Red Pepper Homestyle
A delicious vegan recipe with this family curry.
Instructions
Empty the Homestyle Curry Pack into a pan and toast off the spices on a low/medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add water and creamed coconut to the pan and stir. Cook until the coconut is dissolved.
Add the tofu and red pepper and cook for 5 - 10 minutes, occasionally stirring and adding water, if needed.
Add the tinned tomatoes, stir, cover and cook for 10 - 15 minutes.
Season with salt and garnish with fresh coriander. Ready to serve, enjoy!
