Tofu and Red Pepper Homestyle

A delicious vegan recipe with this family curry.

Serves: 4-6/2-3 | Ready in: 30 | Suitable for vegetarians

Tofu and Red Pepper Homestyle

Instructions

  1. Empty the Homestyle Curry Pack into a pan and toast off the spices on a low/medium heat for 5 minutes.

  2. Add water and creamed coconut to the pan and stir. Cook until the coconut is dissolved.

  3. Add the tofu and red pepper and cook for 5 - 10 minutes, occasionally stirring and adding water, if needed.

  4. Add the tinned tomatoes, stir, cover and cook for 10 - 15 minutes.

  5. Season with salt and garnish with fresh coriander. Ready to serve, enjoy!
