Easy Curry Recipes

We've chosen 5 of our favourite Curry Packs that are quick and easy to make for mid-week cooking.

Simply add the Curry Pack to a pan with the needed liquid ingredients, add your meat/fish/vegetables, then let it cook - It's as simple as that!

All of these featured Curry Packs are great for having on standby for when you need some mealtime inspiration and a delicious meal to fill the family after a long day.

Lamb Bhuna Curry

An earthy lamb curry recipe using our Bhuna Curry Pack. In a pan, toast off the spices, add water, diced lamb, and let it cook. Alternatively, add the Bhuna to the Slow Cooker so it’s ready for you when you get home, so you can tuck straight in. This Curry Pack creates a dry curry that’s best served with Chapatis.

Butter Chicken Curry

Make an indulgent butter chicken curry using our Makhani Curry Pack. In a pan, toast off the spices, add water, passata, diced/whole chicken thighs, and let it cook. This is the perfect curry for the whole family, with its creamy and rich sauce creating a comforting meal everyone can enjoy. Serve with some fluffy Naan Breads to soak up the rich sauce.

White Fish Patia Curry

Our go-to Curry Pack for a light and fresh fish curry. In a pan, toast off the spices, add water and let the sauce cook. Once the sauce has finished cooking, add in the fish. The fish will only take a few minutes to cook, so keep an eye on it to avoid overcooking. We recommend diced cod, haddock or hake for adding to the Patia Curry Pack, but you can use whatever fish you fancy. Head to our Fish Curry Blog to find out more tips on cooking a fish curry.

Tofu and Vegetable Thai Yellow Curry

A deliciously easy vegetarian recipe for when you fancy something light and fresh. The Thai Yellow Curry Pack contains a complex combination of spices and lemongrass that creates a rich and fragrant sauce. Simply add in diced tofu with your choice of vegetables and let it cook. We used mange tout, baby corn and thinly sliced carrots to create this dish as these vegetables don't need a lot of cooking.

Mackerel Thai Red Curry

Adding fresh mackerel to the Thai Red Curry Pack complements the curries smoky and savoury flavours. Cut the mackerel into steaks and add to the curry sauce once it's finished cooking. The mackerel will only take a few minutes to cook and then the curry is ready to serve. Mackerel is also great for adding to our Madras Curry Pack

We’d love to hear if these tips have helped you in the kitchen. Let us know your feedback on our Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. We love to see your curry creations, so please send us your foodie photos across.
