Tamarind Chutney Dip
This easy-to-make dip is perfect for serving with Pakoras, Bhajias and Samosas.
Tamarind is a fruit that contains fibrous, nutrient-rich pulp. Tamarind has a unique, sweet-sour flavour that makes it popular in sweet and savoury dishes alike.
It can be bought in a dry, wet or concentrated form, but for ease, we recommend using our Tamarind Chutney to make this dip.
