Tandoori Chicken
Tandoori-style chicken thighs or drumsticks, using Rafi’s Tandoori Marinade.

Introduction
Spice up BBQ season with this flavour-packed recipe. Rafi’s Tandoori Marinade is deep, smoky and savoury with a blend of Kashmiri chilli, cinnamon and black cardamom. It can be used as a marinade or rub for meat, fish or vegetables.
Serve the Tandoori Chicken with a simple salad alongside your BBQ favourites.
Ingredients
Serves 4 - 6 |
5 tbsp Rafi's Tandoori Marinade |
100g natural yoghurt |
500g chicken thighs/drumsticks |
Salt to taste |
Instructions

Make a number of deep cuts into the chicken.

In a bowl mix the Rafi’s Tandoori Marinade with the yoghurt.

Add the chicken and season well with salt. Mix so the ingredients are fully coated, and rubbed into the incisions.

Leave to marinate for at least an hour.

Cook on a grill tray, in the oven at 220C. Cook for 30-40 minutes (turning halfway through) and until fully cooked.
