Plain Boiled Rice
Get perfect plain boiled rice with this simple recipe.
Instructions
- Add the water, rice and salt to a pan and bring to the boil.
- Reduce the heat to the lowest setting and cover with a tight fitting lid.
- Cook gently for 12 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and leave to stand for 3 minutes.
- To serve, fluff the grains gently with a fork.
