Biona Organic Creamed Coconut 200g

Made from the finest selected organic coconuts, in accordance with strict EC rules for organic agriculture, this creamed coconut adds a lovely richness to a dish. It's a key ingredient in many of our Curry Packs; to use it, simple chop off the amount you need and let it dissolve into the sauce. Creamed coconut can be diluted with water and strained to make coconut milk. Alternatively, you can buy pre-made coconut milk.
