Cumin Papadums (Madras Style) 200g

Microwave: Cook individually on full power for 30 - 45 seconds, turning halfway through. It is ready when bubbled up and crisp.
Grill: Toast under a grill (medium-hot) for 15 seconds
each side or until bubbled up and lightly golden.
Open Flame: Cook directly on a gas hob or open
flame. Hold with tongues and keep it moving. It will
be ready when bubbled up and lightly charred.
Fry: Heat 250ml of vegetable oil in a large pan
(to approx. 165°C). Carefully slide in a papadum
and cook for 10 seconds or until lightly golden.
