Christmas Leftovers Curry
This time of year we get a lot of people asking about leftover turkey and which curry is best to use. We recommend the Mulligatanni to perk up your leftover bird, a coconut-milk based curry, with rich peppery flavours and a bright lemon and coriander garnish. This curry has a substantial amount of sauce which also helps to stop the meat drying out.
Our Bombay Potato Pack is also the perfect accompaniment to use up any leftover vegetables. Simply fry off an onion and add whatever you have left lying around. If you are using precooked vegetables, it’s a good idea to finish this dish with some fresh tomatoes and lots of fresh coriander to liven everything up.
