Cumin Potatoes

Serves: 2 – 4 as a side dish Vegan Vegan Non gluten containing ingredients Non gluten containing ingredients

Perfect when served alongside any of our curries or even just a simply cooked piece of fish and steamed veg to add some extra 'wow' to your meal!

Storage Information: Store in cool dark place. This pack has a minimum 3 months shelf life.

Try it with: Jersey Royals alongside your favourite Rafi's Curry!

  1. Peel and Cube 600g of potatoes, boil and keep to one side.
  2. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan and add the sachet containing cumin seeds and asafoetida.
  3. Cook on a medium heat for 2 minutes or until the cumin has browned.
  4. Add the potatoes and the remaining sachet (mixed powders) and cook for a further 2 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and a squeeze of lemon before serving.
