Korma Curry Pack

Serves: 4 – 6 Vegan Vegan

Using our very own, in-house paste blend, we’ve taken this dish back to its roots of Rafi’s home cooking and family recipes which means it’s a world away from your usual thick and sweet takeaway Korma.

By carefully layering the flavours, we have created a full-bodied yet simple dish which is perfect any night of the week and best of all, all of the family can enjoy it!

Storage Information: Store in cool dark place. This Curry Pack has a minimum 3 months shelf life or can be frozen for up to 6 months.

Try it with: Chicken and potatoes (Rafi's favourite!) or roasted vegetables.

  1. Empty the pack into a pan and toast the spices on a low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Stir in 300ml water, 1 tin (400g) of chopped tomatoes and 85g creamed coconut. Cover and simmer on a low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add 1kg ingredients of your choice, mix well, cover and simmer on a low heat until cooked.
  4. Season to taste and garnish with double cream (or yoghurt), coriander leaves and browned almond flakes.


Onions (Onions, Vegetable Oil, WHEAT Flour, Salt), Curry Paste- (Rapeseed Oil (with Anti-Foaming Agent -(Dimethylpolysiloxane)), Water, White Wine Vinegar, Ground Coriander, Cumin, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Spices, Chilli, Citric Acid), Garlic Flakes, Spices, Fresh Chilli.


Contains: WHEAT Flour.

It should be noted that this pack may contain traces of PEANUTS, NUTS, SESAME, SOYA, MUSTARD, CELERY, SULPHITES, MILK and other CEREALS containing GLUTEN due to possible cross-contamination.
