Moghlai Curry Pack (Serves 2 - 3)

From North India, this is by far our most luxurious dish. Eat in style with this carefully selected mix of delicate, fragrant spices and sweet, nutty almonds.

When using chicken we recommend chicken thighs sealed in butter before adding them to the sauce. Garnish with cream and more flaked almonds.

Serve with a fresh, zesty salad or with pickles to add some zing to your meal.

Storage Information: Store in cool dark place. This Curry Pack has a minimum 3 months shelf life or can be frozen for up to 6 months.

Try it with: Chicken or roasted potato and carrot.

  1. Empty the contents of the pack into a pan with 175ml water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add 500g chicken, mix well, cover and cook until tender.
  3. Add in 25g of chopped butter (or to taste), mix well until melted.
  4. Adjust salt and serve with double cream. Garnish with flaked nuts and saffron.
