Pilau Rice (4-6) 300g

This is Rafi's fail safe method for cooking the perfect pilau rice. Our Pack blends high quality basmati rice and a mix of fragrant spices to help you make this essential accompaniment.

Storage Information: Store in cool dark place. This pack has a minimum 6 months shelf life.

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a saucepan, empty in the contents of the pack and fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Add 500ml cold water and a pinch of salt.
  3. Bring to the boil, cover and cook on a low heat for 10 minutes without lifting the lid.
  4. Take off heat and leave to rest for 2 minutes.
  5. Toss grains gently with a fork to serve.
