Serves: 2 – 4 as a side Vegan Vegan

An onion and cabbage dish with earthy, warming spices.

This is a great blend for spicing up leftover veg from your Sunday roast!

Please note this pack is made with fresh curry leaves.

Storage instructions: Store in the fridge on delivery. This pack will last 4 weeks in the fridge or 6 months in the freezer.

Try it with: leeks as an alternative to spring cabbage

  1. Fry 1 finely chopped onion till translucent.
  2. Add the contents of the pack and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add ½ a small shredded white or spring cabbage and a little water to prevent burning.
  4. Stir fry till the cabbage is tender.
  5. Season and serve.
