Thai Red Curry Pack

Serves: 4 – 6

Taste the flavours of Southern Thailand with our smoky, savoury and fragrant curry with lemongrass and coconut.

Please note that this pack is not suitable for vegetarians. For a vegetarian alternative, try our Thai Yellow pack.

Try it with: Diced pork, mackerel or smoky roasted aubergine

  1. Empty the contents of the pack into a pan with a 400ml tin of coconut milk and 300ml of water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add 1kg of ingredients of your choice. Mix well, cover, and gently cook.
  3. Add 1 tsp sugar and lime juice until fairly tangy. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Adjust salt and garnish with coriander leaves.
