Hand-blended Masala Dabba (available end of November)

This set contains four of our small-batch blends. Using high-quality spices, each blend is roasted by hand and ground in-house.

These blends can be used in marinades, to enhance the base flavours of curries or added near the end of cooking as a final seasoning.

Use this dabba and the Spice Dabba to create the 20 Indian recipes in our Recipe Booklet.

Includes:

• Rafi's Garam Masala: Rafi's signature blend. A heady mix of aromatic spices including cinnamon, black pepper and clove.

• Rafi's Tandoori Marinade: A blend of spices including kashmiri chilli, cinnamon and black cardamom. It can be used as a marinade or rub for meat, fish or veg.

• Rafi's Tikka Marinade: A balanced blend of aromatic spices including green cardamom and cinnamon and more savoury flavours from cumin and ajwain.

• Rafi's South Indian Curry Powder: A savoury South Indian blend with curry leaves and Kashmiri chillies. This masala creates a simple, earthy base flavour to curries.

• Rafi's Garam Masala: Cinnamon, Cumin, Coriander, Black Pepper, Green Cardamom, Cloves, Paprika, Ginger Powder, Bay Leaf.

• Rafi's Tandoori Marinade: Paprika, Kashmiri Chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Amchur Powder, Garlic Powder, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Black Cardamom, Cinnamon.

• Rafi's Tikka Marinade: Coriander, Ginger Powder, Turmeric, Paprika, Cumin, Garlic Powder, Amchur Powder, Kashmiri Chilli, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Ajwain.

• Rafi's South Indian Curry Powder: Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Cinnamon, Fenugreek, Ginger Powder, MUSTARD Seeds. Kashmiri Chilli, Curry Leaves, Black Pepper, Fennel Seeds, Cloves.
