Niharti Ground Cardamom (Elaichi)

Cardamom has a strong, sweet, pungent flavor and aroma, with hints of lemon and mint, although it can be used whole, it is far more intense in its powdered form. Used all over the world in both sweet and savoury dishes, it is great in soups, pâtés, stews, purées and rice dishes as well as desserts; try adding some to your homemade rice pudding, ice cream, custard or sprinkle it over a fresh fruit salad.
