Includes:
- Rafi's Christmas Leftover Curry Pack: A special spice blend perfect for using up any leftover Christmas turkey (or other meat and veg).
- Rafi's Bombay Potato Spice Blend: This is our ‘go to’ spice blend. It’s fantastic with potatoes, but you can use it with any firm vegetables you like!
- Rafi's Brussels Sprouts and Ajwain Spice Blend: A simple shredded sprout stir-fry. If you’ve eaten too many sprouts, then use some cabbage, kale or spring greens instead. This simple stir-fry is incredibly flavoursome and will add some colour to your meal.
- Rafi's Pilau Rice: Fragrant basmati rice with aromatic spices. An essential part of any Indian meal.
- Sachet of Chilli Powder: Tailor your dishes to your tastes with this additional chilli powder sachet.
