We have designed the Rafi's Christmas Leftovers Rescue Kit for using up Christmas leftovers. Perfect for Boxing Day curries, or anytime over the festive period, because we all know that the turkey lasts forever!

Includes:

• Rafi's Christmas Leftovers Curry: A special spice blend perfect for using up any leftover Christmas turkey (or other meat and veg).

• Rafi's Bombay Potato Spice Blend: This is our ‘go to’ spice blend. It’s fantastic with potatoes, but you can use it with any firm vegetables you like!

• Rafi's Brussel Sprouts and Ajwain Spice Blend: A simple shredded sprout stir-fry.

• Rafi's Pilau Rice: Fragrant basmati rice with aromatic spices. An essential part of any Indian meal.

• Sachet of Chilli Powder: Tailor your dishes to your tastes with this additional chilli powder sachet.
