A blend of spices including Kashmiri chilli, cinnamon and black cardamom. It can be used as a marinade or rub for meat, fish or vegetables.
How to Use: Use 1 tbsp of Tandoori Marinade per 100g of ingredients. Mix and marinate with yoghurt (20g per 100g of ingredients) and salt. Cook in a hot oven, grill or BBQ.
