Seasoned Pioneers Sri Lankan Curry Blend 31g

This Sri Lankan curry powder is heavily roasted to bring out the deep, rich flavour of roasted cumin and fenugreek, which are complemented by fennel, citrus and coriander notes. Whilst it is especially used in curries, this curry powder is also used in a variety of other Sri Lankan dishes. Add towards the end of cooking for an authentic flavour.
