The ingredients we have chosen are 10 of our most commonly used spices, meaning that this is a great starter kit for anyone wanting to cook Indian food.
Inside this tin are seven smaller pots containing whole and powdered spices. On top of this sits a cover tray holding 3 types of whole spices. This is then sealed with a tight fitting lid to keep your spices fresh and away from the light.
You also get a Recipe Booklet which includes 20 Indian recipes. 10 of the recipes use a combination of the spices in the Spice Dabba and the Hand-Blended Masalas, which can be purchased individually or as a set in the Hand-Blended Masala Dabba.

Coriander/Cumin Powder: An essential spice for Indian cooking that helps create a rounded base flavour for dishes.
Asafoetida: Also known as hing powder, this spice gives a comforting onion-garlic flavour that complements a wide variety of Indian dishes.
