A classic accompniment to Indian food. These mini poppadoms are crispy, with a full peppery flavour. So easy to make; simply shallow fry them them in hot oil, or, as a healthier option, microwave them for 20 to 30 seconds.

Use as a dip for chutneys and pickles.

Ingredients: Urid Flour (Lentil Flour), Black Pepper, Salt, Bicarbonate, Asafoetida, Vegetable Oil.
