Brussel Sprouts and Ajwain
This is another incredibly simple side dish which is brilliant for leftover veggies.
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a wok, add the ajwain and garlic and fry over a medium heat for 30-40 seconds.
- Add the sprouts and turmeric then fry for a further 2-3 minutes.
- Add 2-3 tsp of water and cook until it evaporates. 4 Season to taste, and garnish with lemon juice.
