Cauliflower, Courgette, and Kidney Bean Korma
A perfect combination of textures and substance for a vegetarian Korma.
- Make up the Korma Curry Pack sauce as normal.
- Whilst this is simmering away, we recommend roasting your cauliflower and courgettes, drizzled with olive oil, on a high heat in the oven for approximately 20 minutes.
- Add your roasted cauliflower and courgettes to the sauce along with the kidney beans.
- Adjust salt and garnish with a handful of fresh coriander leaves.
