Cauliflower Tikkis (Gobi Tikkis)
These make a great starter or side for any curry and are also great with dhal.
- Blanch and cool the cauliflower.
- Mix together the tandoori powder and the yoghurt, stir in the cauliflower, and marinate for an hour.
- Season and bake in a moderate- to high-heat oven till crisp and golden.
- Garnish with lime juice.
