Cauliflower Tikkis (Gobi Tikkis)

These make a great starter or side for any curry and are also great with dhal.

Serves: 2-4 | Ready in: 1 hour | Suitable for vegetarians

Cauliflower Tikkis (Gobi Tikkis)


  1. Blanch and cool the cauliflower.
  2. Mix together the tandoori powder and the yoghurt, stir in the cauliflower, and marinate for an hour.
  3. Season and bake in a moderate- to high-heat oven till crisp and golden.
  4. Garnish with lime juice.
