Chai Chocolate Truffles
These are lovely served with a coffee at the end of a dinner party or boxed up and
given as gifts.
Instructions
- Chop the dark chocolate and tip into a heat-proof bowl.
- Gently heat the cream and whole spice masala mix in a saucepan for 10 minutes.
- Tip the hot cream through a sieve over the chocolate and butter and whisk until combined.
- Allow to chill in the fridge for 4 hours.
- Shape the truffles and roll in the cocoa powder mix.
