Chicken Tikka Kebabs

Skewers of chicken pieces marinated with Rafi’s Hand-blended Tikka Marinade powder.

Chicken Tikka Kebabs


  1. In a bowl mix the Rafi’s Tikka Masala with the yoghurt.

  2. Add the chicken and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly, so the chicken is full coated. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.

  3. Thread the chicken onto skewers.

  4. Cook in the oven, on an oiled grill tray, at 220C. Cook for 20 - 25 minutes, turning half way through, until fully cooked.

  5. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
