Chicken with Lime & Chilli Chutney Marinade
A simple marinade using Geeta's Lime and Chilli Chutney.
- Mix together the yoghurt and Geeta's Lime and Chilli Chutney.
- Score the chicken with a knife and add the yoghurt marinade.
- Leave to marinate for at least 4 hours, or, preferably, overnight.
- Cook on the BBQ or in the oven until cooked though and the juices run clear.
Instead of chicken legs you could use chunks of chicken and make kebabs. Or, for a vegetarian option, thread broccoli florets onto skewers - these are great on the BBQ.
