Chicken Xacutti

Some tips on taking your Xacutti from the tasty to the truly memorable.

Serves: 4-6

Chicken Xacutti


  1. Make 4 or 5 scores in your chicken legs, rub in the lime juice and leave to stand for 30 minutes.
  2. Empty the Xacutti Curry Pack into the pan and dry fry till dark brown and fragrant.
  3. Add the water and follow the rest of the instructions on the packet. Make sure you put the lime juice in together with the chicken.
  4. Garnish with toasted desiccated coconut and coriander leaves.
