Some tips on taking your Xacutti from the tasty to the truly memorable.
- Make 4 or 5 scores in your chicken legs, rub in the lime juice and leave to stand for 30 minutes.
- Empty the Xacutti Curry Pack into the pan and dry fry till dark brown and fragrant.
- Add the water and follow the rest of the instructions on the packet. Make sure you put the lime juice in together with the chicken.
- Garnish with toasted desiccated coconut and coriander leaves.
