Grilled Lamb Chops
Perfect for a party and are always a big hit at our annual staff summer barbecue.
Instructions
- Using a coffee grinder, blitz together the first 11 ingredients, to form a smooth paste.
- Spread this marinade over both sides of the lamb and leave in the fridge to marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Just before cooking pour over the lemon juice, and leave for 5 minutes.
- Cook under a hot grill for 4 -5 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking and charred on the outside.
