Gujarati Style Dhal

Instructions

  1. Follow the instructions on the Tarka Dhal pack.
  2. Once you have fried the spices and garlic, add the tomatoes and coriander and fry for a further minute.
  3. Add this to the lentils, season and serve immediately.
