A tasty herb salad to freshen up any curry.
- Roughly chop the herbs and finely chop the spring onion and chilli.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Serve either in the bowl or, better still, place a large handful on top of each plate of food and stir it in before eating.
The chilli really brings out the flavour of the herbs, so try experimenting with your favourites. We love fennel tops, dill or basil.
