Kofta (Spiced meatballs)
These meatballs are great served in a wrap with our Carrot Salad.
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl. Using your hands, squish everything together for 2-3 minutes, until fully combined.
- Shape the mixture into balls (about the size of golf balls), put them on a plate and leave them to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- The koftas can then be cooked by shallow frying, for 10-15 minutes or roasted in the oven, with a drizzle of oil, for about 25 minutes, at gas mark 220C/gas 7.
