Vegan Saag Gosht (Small)

Tasty, healthy and completely vegan!

Serves: 2-3

Vegan Saag Gosht (Small)


  1. Make up the Saag Gosht sauce as normal,
  2. Then add the sweet potato and simmer for 5 minutes or till partly cooked.
  3. Add the chickpeas and spinach, and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
  4. Serve with rice or naan.
