Vegan Saag Gosht

A hearty combination of vegetables for a lovely Saag Gosht.

Serves: 4-6

Vegan Saag Gosht


  1. Make up the Saag Gosht sauce as normal, then add the sweet potato and simmer for 5 minutes or till partly cooked.
  2. Add the chickpeas and spinach, and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
  3. Serve with rice or naan.
