Roast Cauliflower Salad

A simple cauliflower salad.

Serves: 4-6

Roast Cauliflower Salad


  1. Break the cauliflower into florets and coat with a drizzle of oil.
  2. Roast in the oven at 220C for 30 mins. Leave to cool.
  3. Toast the sesame seed, cumin powder, coconut, and onion seeds in a dry pan until the coconut has browned.
  4. Combine everything together in a bowl with the yoghurt, a squeeze of lemon juice, a handful of coriander and a pinch of salt to taste.
