Spiced Roasted Cauliflower

Cauliflower has a nice, subtle flavour which acts as a great foil for spices.

Spiced Roasted Cauliflower

Instructions

  1. Mix the cauliflower with the oil and all the spices.
  2. Lay out on a baking tray and roast in the oven at gas mark 220C/ gas 7 for about 25 minutes, until cooked through and browned.
  3. Season to taste with salt and serve with lemon wedge to squeeze over.
