Goat Rogan Josh (Small)
We suggest using goat as an interesting alternative to lamb. The meat is well-suited to slow cooking over low temperatures producing a meltingly tender meat.
So, an excellent curry to make the night before!
- Empty the contents of of the curry pack into a pan with the water and coconut cream. Gently simmer until the coconut dissolves.
- Add the tomatoes, tomato puree and diced goat. Mix well and gently cook for 1.5 - 2 hours
- Season with sugar and adjust salt to taste. Garnish with lots of coriander leaves.
