Smoky BBQ Lamb Kebabs


Mr Vikki's Tamarind Chipotle Chutney works as a fantastic marinade, especially when cooking on the BBQ. It has a great combination of well-balanced flavours; the sweet and tangy flavour of the tamarind is wonderfully coupled with the smoky heat from the chipotle. We have used lamb in the recipe below, but this could easily be substituted for chicken or beef if you prefer.

  1. Mix the lamb with the Mr Vikki's Tamarind Chipotle Chutney and lemon juice. Cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 3 hours (or overnight if possible).
  2. Thread the lamb onto skewers along with the red peppers.
  3. Cook on the BBQ or under the grill for 20 - 30 mins.
