Lamb Pasanda

An indulgent lamb Pasanda. Perfect for a special occasion!

Lamb Pasanda


If you fancy making this recipe with our small Pasanda pack then simply half the needed ingredients.
  1. Soak the lamb in the white wine for 2 - 3 hours.
  2. Simmer the Pasanda Curry Pack in 200ml of water for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the lamb and the wine then cook till the lamb is tender (about 1 1/2 hours).
  4. Add 4 fresh tomatoes and cook for a further 10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with toasted almond flakes and a drizzle of double cream.
