Tamarind salmon
A great mid-week meal, ready in less than 20 minutes!
Instructions
- Mix together the chutney, lime juice and chillies.
- Cover the salmon fillets in the sticky marinade, and leave to marinade for 20-30 minutes if you have time.
- Preheat your oven to 180C/gas 4.
- Roast the salmon fillets for 15-20 minutes or cooked to your liking.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and lime wedges.
