Tandoori Chicken

Tandoori style chicken thighs or drumsticks, using Rafi’s Hand-blended Tandoori Marinade.

Tandoori Chicken


  1. Make a number of deep cuts into the chicken.

  2. In a bowl mix the Rafi’s Tandoori Marinade with the yoghurt.

  3. Add the chicken and season well with salt. Mix so the ingredients are fully coated, and rubbed into the incisions.

  4. Leave to marinate for at least an hour.

  5. Cook on a grill tray, in the oven at 220C. Cook for 30-40 minutes (turning half way through) and until fully cooked.
