Panch Pooran is a five spice mix consisting of Fenugreek, Onion, Cumin, Black Mustard and Fennel Seeds. It is commonly added to vegetable stews, gravies, lentils and fish. A Bengali five whole spice mix. Can be used when making curries, stir frys, pickles and chutneys. For best results, toast in a dry pan or temper in hot oil.

Ingredients: Cumin, MUSTARD, Fennel, Fenugreek, Onion Seeds.
