Air Fryer Onion Bhajias
How to cook these delicious Indian snacks in the air fryer.
Instructions
Empty pack into a large mixing bowl with one finely sliced onion (or other grated/sliced veg).
Add 1 tbsp oil and some chopped coriander (if desired).
Gradually add the water, mixing it well until the batter is smooth and thick. You will need less water that the pack asks for (125ml) since you want the Bhajias to retain their shape in the air fryer.
Spoon the mixture into the air fryer, leaving some room between them.
Cook for 8 minutes at 200°C.
Serve with some Tamarind Chutney. Ready to serve, enjoy!
