Chutney Chicken
This recipe is so wonderfully simple and the results are fantastic.
Instructions
- Mix the yoghurt and chutneys together, chopping up any larger pieces in the chutneys if you want a smoother marinade.
- Score the chicken legs two or three times.
- Cover the chicken legs in the marinade and leave in the fridge for at least an hour.
- For best results, barbecue, or cook in the oven at 190C/gas 5 for 45-50 minutes.
